service After-sale Application After-sale service procedure
		Detailed Regulation of After-Sale Service 　　　The product sold by our Company is attached with a “Product Guarantee Card After Sales”. The customers should send back the base copy of the “Product Guarantee Card” to our Company within the specified term, so that our Company can establish a customer service file on this basis. The after-sale service includes the equipment commissioning, on-site supervision and guidance, providing upgrading of products, operational training, technical consultation and so on. 　　1. Our Company provides one-year guarantee service for various mechanical products. 　　2. The guarantee period begins from the purchase date on the invoice; if the invoice is not opened when taking delivery of the goods, so the date of delivery shall prevail; for the products delivered for use by our Company, the date of signature for handing-over and taking-over by both parties shall prevail. 　　3. If the purchased products cannot reach their technical specifications yet after correct complement, installation and commissioning within the guarantee period, our Company will dispatch our personnel to carry out door-to after-sale service. If the products cannot reach their technical specifications yet after commissioning by our Company’s after-sale personnel, our Company will replace the products free of charge. 　　4. Any product quality problems appeared during correct operation by the customers according to the instructions within the guarantee period all belong to the guarantee scope, our Company will exempt the maintenance expense (except the wearing parts). 　　5. Any quality problems of the digital control devices and electric control elements produced by our Company, which appeared under normal usage within half a year from the starting date of the guarantee period, our Company will replace the devices and elements free of charge. 　　6. For the electro-mechanical integrated products with high technical contents, which are purchased by the customers for the first time, our Company will dispatch our personnel to carry out commissioning and personal training free of charge. 　　7. The following situations shall not belong to the guarantee scope: any damages due to incorrect transport, installation, maintenance, usage or self dismounting and refitting; any damages due to other majeure factors; any product designation filled in the guarantee card of after-sale service is not consistent with that of the product to be maintained or is altered. 　　8. For the after-sale service of the products, which is carried out within the guarantee period and belongs to the guarantee scope, the travel expense for the after-sale personnel, and expenses for commissioning and replacing parts etc. are all born by our Company; as for the maintenance, which exceeds the guarantee period or belongs not to the guarantee scope, our Company can dispatch our personnel to carry out the after-sale service, but all the occurred expenses shall be paid by the customers. 　　9. When requiring a door-to-service, the customers can dial the special telephone line of after-sale service for registration, and also can register in the customer service center on internet. 　　10. Other services 　　We will provide the customers registered on internet with the technical consultation services for their products free of charge; 　　We will provide the customers registered on internet with the preferential overhaul services for their products; 　　We will hold regularly different kinds of product technical training courses, and exempt the expenses of training and materials for the customers registered on internet; we will provide the program updating free of charge for the customers who use different kinds of the digital control devices and computer applied software sold by our Company.
